 RCONFIG is a program meant to make life easier configuring your VoIP hardware. 
The SPA version:
1- Save Config: You will be prompted for a name and the config will be stored in a database.
2- Delete Config: You will have a list of all saved configs and you may choose which one to delete.
3- Submit Config: You will have a list of all saved configs and you may choose which one to submit.
4- Special Config: Only to configure some special configuration so that you may basic configure
your SPA box.
Quintum Version:
It only allows basic config submitting and is provided in our provider CALLSHOP bundle.
